Stiofán is the Director of Regnad and the practitioner in some of the offered services. He has read law, public policy, Irish, innovation, entrepreneurship & enterprise, sports law, arbitration, development practice, conflict resolution & mediation and negogiation at some leading Universities and institutes in Europe, Asia and North America at undergrad, graduate & professional levels. He is a Professional practicing member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

He is also a Commissioner for Oaths for County Galway appointed by the Chief Justice of Ireland.

He has previously lived and worked in the private and public sectors in sales, manufacturing and education sectors in many different countries namely Sri Lanka, UAE, Thailand and his native lreland immediately prior to Regnad.
